- Theticketline.com sells tickets at market value which is determined by supply & demand. The selling price is usually not the price printed on the ticket as the selling price includes a service charge which reflects the difficulty and cost in obtaining premium seats and/or hard to get tickets.
- Prices are guaranteed at the time your order is confirmed. Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating market, prices can change at any time and have a tendency to increase as the event date approaches and ticket supply diminishes.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be given once an order has been placed.
- Theticketline.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- Theticketline.com reserves the right to upgrade tickets to a better class ticket at no additional cost..
- A Faxed credit card authorization form may occasionally be requested for certain credit card purchases. Photocopies of credit card and driver's license, plus billing address of cardholder must be provided for verification purposes.
- All prices are in US dollars for US events, Canadian dollars for Canadian events, and Euros for European events unless otherwise indicated.
Because we are dealing with many countless different sources, exact seat numbers can not be sold in real time. We do our best to keep up and constantly update the web site with ticket availability to make it as accurate as possible and reserve the right to provide complimentary upgrades to a better class ticket for all orders.
All prices are guaranteed once your order is confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed, if the price of these tickets increase prior to the event, you will not be charged the difference. Conversely, if the price of these tickets decreases prior to the event, no refunds or upgrades will be given.
All ticket quantities are guaranteed in pairs unless otherwise noted.
Tickets will be delivered as soon as they are available. For some events ticket delivery is not available until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event. There is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will be delivered other than prior to the event unless otherwise indicated.
Paying by Credit Card
We accept VISA and MasterCard. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that is on your statement. We will occasionally require faxed confirmation for various orders for security reasons.
If your ticket purchase is in excess of $5000 (five thousand dollars) we reserve the right to require payment by cheque, cash, cashiers check or money order.
Paying by Paypal
To assist customers without credit card access, we do offer Paypal acceptance with a 5% service fee.
Paying by Check/Money Order
The Ticketline does not normally accept personal checks unless you have an account with us. We will, on occasion, accept a personal check and wait for it to clear your bank account before issuing tickets. We accept payments using a cashiers check or money order. Order will not be confirmed until check has been received at The Ticketline.
Paying by Cash
This can normally only be done at one of our offices, however, under special circumstances we may on occasion accept cash at one of our agent's offices.
Event Cancellations, Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If any event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason other than an act of God, weather, labour strikes or lockouts, and not rescheduled, Theticketline.com will provide a full credit towards a future event OR issue a full refund, less shipping charges and any stated unrecoverable costs incurred in procuring tickets for you. Tickets must be returned within 10 days of the cancelled event, along with your receipt and refund will be processed within 10 days of receipt of tickets.
Postponement or time changes of the event of partial performances are beyond the control of Theticketline.com therefore, no refund shall be given. If an event is postponed, tickets will be valid for new date.
Theticketline.com is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you have incurred relating to your plans to attend a cancelled or postponed event including, but not limited to any travel or accommodation expenses.
Event Dates, Times and Venues
All times listed are local for the event. Event dates, times and venue printed on the tickets and on our website are subject to change. It is the customers responsibility to consult your local media or the official venue website to ensure that you arrive at the event on the correct date, time, and venue.Theticketline.com assumes no responsibility for any discrepancies regarding to posted event dates or times.
Theticketline.com 's sole obligation or liability for undelivered tickets shall be limited to our Money-Back Guarantee. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of expense directly or indirectly related to Theticketline.com's failure to deliver tickets. By purchasing you agree to waive any additional rights or remedies conferred upon you now or in the future.
If your tickets are lost, delayed, or mishandled by FedEx, or other delivery services, and it affects your ability to attend the event you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price.
The tickets that you purchase from us are valid. If someone is sitting in your seat when you arrive, it is your responsibility to ask them to move or ask an usher to seat you. In the event that the people sitting in your seats have the exact same seat #'s on their tickets or you were not able to gain admission to the event with the tickets we delivered, you will need to obtain documentation from the venue stating that the tickets were unusable and call our office immediately so that we can rectify any errors. No refunds will be processed unless written documentation from the venue is provided and our 24 hour emergency service line is contacted.
Theticketline.com reserves the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any time, for any reason whatsoever.
All confirmed orders are ensured by our 100% money back guarantee. If we fail to deliver the full quantity of tickets on your invoice, and are at fault, we will pay and return a sum equal to 100% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets.

We do not allow any rerouted packages unless you have contacted one of our representatives..
Tickets are normally sent to your credit card billing address.
Should you require that the order be shipped to an alternate address, we will require faxed authorization from you.
The tickets will be delivered using the best method.
Customers will be notified when their tickets are ready for delivery and when package can be expected.
Delivery times are approximate and are from time tickets are sent from our office. If you absolutely need your tickets by a certain time please advise and we will do everything in our power to accommodate or we will forward you a certificate (for gift purposes) until tickets are received.
